Following the abolition of Net Metering, Net Billing follows, which is the new method of simultaneous netting and is expected to open within days. Those households and businesses that have up to now installed photovoltaic plants to cover their energy needs based on the existing net-metering scheme, had the excess energy available in the HEDNO network and could offset it with consumption over a period of three years, where it was also the final liquidation. With the new net-billing scheme, the surplus energy injected into the grid will be compensated at the wholesale market clearing price.
2. Zero Feed In
The rapid development of R.E.S and especially of photovoltaic networks have now become saturated. In practice, the energy produced by photovoltaic plants is high that the transmission networks cannot handle it. The solution to energy management is offered by Zero Feed-In. With the Zero Feed-In solution, the generated energy of the photovoltaic system is available exclusively for the consumption of the installation, it is not injected into the grid and does not affect its limits. The equipment of a self-generation system with Zero Feed-In is exactly that of Net-Metering with the addition of an energy analyzer which prevents the flow of energy to the grid.
